Southbay Gardens’ wide array of amenities and facilities are maintained by our full-time staff on a regular basis. Our village’s amenities can be accessed freely and additional facilities can be ultilized via a request such as our basketball court, tennis court, and multi-purpose hall. Multi-purpose hall
Children's Playground & Equipment

In 2023, we acquired a multi/brightly colored children’s play equipment set for 3-12-year-old children, consisting of one main slide set, two sets of twin-seater swings, and four spring rides made of UV stabilized virgin polyethylene resin. The play equipment was set/bolted on top of artificial grass with shock pad underlay and concrete pads as safety measures to prevent children from getting hurt should they fall or trip.
The play equipment was acquired from Asian Parks who also recommended its proper layout and installation using their track record of more than a decade in building multi-million children’s park development across the country.
We believe that community playgrounds are an essential part of our neighborhood – not just for the kids who use them but for every member of our community.
While children are having fun on the playground, they are actually growing and developing in ways they could never imagine.

To promote health and fitness in the community, we now have a covered exercise area for both senior citizens and homeowners, equipped with five-sets of general strength and conditioning equipment donated/funded by our local government, through Mayor Eric Olivarez. This was setup at the idle Cabana area, easily accessible from the Children’s playground.
